Welcome to the Northern Ireland Obstetric Ultrasound Forum Website (NIOUF).

We aim to enhance and support the practice of those working in the field of obstetric ultrasound.

About: the Northern Ireland Obstetric Ultrasound Forum

Who: NIOUF members are sonographers, radiographers, obstetricians, midwives nurses and educationalists who are involved in the delivery and/or development of obstetric ultrasound services.

What: We provide a support and communication network and act as a resource through the sharing of members’ knowledge, expertise, service development, and experiences.

When: We have a number of meetings per year including a full scientific day and evening seminars centred on topics requested by our members. We include local and national speakers providing presentations and workshops.

The NIOUF website allows members to access presentations from past events, case studies, minutes of meetings, information about future events and monthly discussion topics chosen by members. There are also useful links to official NHS and voluntary organisation websites as well as a discussion forum.
